Up front the US is terrible even after the additions of Boldy and Hartman, but on the backend things are okay for them. They got a real shot in the arm getting Swayman in net, he could be the key difference in Switzerland winning or losing.

My predictions are rather boring. So the favorites win. There's a legit shot for SVK or GER to pull off an upset here. They have looked good. I don't see USA having any chance against SUI though.

Semifinals:

SUI-CZE
FIN-SWE/CAN

I checked on the seedings for semis and SWE/CAN seeding is the same if these 4 teams advance.

Oh and I forgot to say that I favor Sweden a bit over Canada. 60% Sweden vs 40% Canada.
