I find that if you are watching an international game, and Finland is playing, if the game is boring (like this one is), then Finland has you right where they want you.

This. 100% and first period was again typical for us against Finns.

I tuned in the middle of the 1st period, but based on that Finland is playing better than I expected. I was afraid of a beating. Our PP is not as abysmal as some posters make it sound like; at least they get it set up. We just lack shooters (and some creativity, I admit).

Oh, and that Beecher hit should have been a 5 minute major no question.
