It'd make it more interesting.. not sure about deep shit though... I think Canada is doing more than enough to comfortably win this. Czechs are looking for a PP or a crazy bounce or a mistake. Canada is really not giving us much at all and we don't have a top line like the German's do to shorten our bench.

It's hard to play against teams that doesn't have high octane offense. They clog up the neutral zone and front of the net
Skill team relies a lot on their skills and hence take more chances

If does seem like Canada has gotten the benefit of the doubt each time. Bad look given the ref situation. Maybe they should have quarantined some American refs?
 
Alberta line mixing it up I like it.

Holloway at centre is good too, he’s strong on the face off dot.

Feels like a Kings type of draft choice to me, though. Slow and heavy (not saying Byfield is 'slow' by any means) was their bread and butter in their recent glory years, maybe related to that.
