Ok, Sweden wins. But it's somehow the Finns' fault. Almost the whole game they play only in the defense and only if they are back do they begin to play more offensively.
It's a copy of the Czech game. The difference is they didn't lose in the shootout.

Honestly the sexiness of Hedman and Dahlin is ridiculous. They totally dominated Finland.

Finland gave us what we are used to see. 50 minutes of Finland controlling 5 % of the ice (their own goal area) and the opposition having to be creative and skilled to unlock this boring defense. This, let's be frank, embarrassingly boring Finland. I mean "winning" doesn't mean anything when you are the most pathetic team on ice in the whole world cup. Try play hockey for once.

Stop complaining about the refs. The game was in Finland's hands.

The refs were objectively terrible, and that call decided the game. This Finnish team realistically couldn't do any better, there is very little skill in the roster. They did everything they could and more, it sucks to lose like that. Neither side can be very happy about this result, as Sweden can't continue to play like this if they want to win.

Powerplays in 3-on-3 are overpowered. 20% of a 10-minute period.. I feel it should be 1 minute powerplays.
Especially when some of the calls are bullshit like this one.

I personaly hate 3v3 in the NHL and it's even worse on a big rink.

That being said Finland got lucky with almost goaling Sweden with nice saves and a little help from the post & crossbar. All in all not a very fun game to watch.

Just got off the plane and caught part of the OT leading to the Helenius penalty. Shit happens but we didn't fold like a cheap suit from Walmart like even myself thought would happen. Great execution from team Finland. Congrats to Jalonen, no Finnish coach will ever touch your record. Too bad you didn't go out with another gold. As to Sweden, congrats, and can't wait to see what Finland can do against you when both teams have their best! Thank god for the 4 nations cup followed by best on best Olympics. It's great to be alive!

Sweden really isn't gonna get a medal. Bronze if lucky. Nice to see how Finland seems to always surprise and score till the final minute.

Probably the first national team game he has lost three.

If the world champs will continue to play 3vs3 in the OT there needs to be more practice on 4 on 3 pk in pressure situations. It is a weird, weird situation.

Finland could barely score any goals against actual hockey teams in this tournament. Even if they had gone through this team wouldn't have won anything.

The call in the end kinda ruined it for me, but it was called and we just should've killed the penalty. Great effort from the Finns, we shouldn't even had a chance and we were close to winning it.

Sweden let in a goal like that in 2019 against Finland, Larsson just quit playing and didn’t move his guy from blocking Lundquist this is worse though two f***ing guys alone infront. With all the gushing over Hedman this shit is on him.

Stop with the ref bs. Sweden was scared of Finland and played two defensemen quite consistently in OT. The game could just as well have been won.

The next coach better not stamp every player early though. Granlund must feel horrible. Aho as an X factor could have done a lot.

Thats what i been saying for years and people called me troll for it. Sweden has offensive skills but lacks grit and not good enough in our own zone when it comes to defending.

Congratulations to Sweden. I couldn't watch the game so I can't say if the penalty against Helenius was justified or not. But you can't in any case blame the referees for the loss. You don't have to wonder about losing games if you play almost the whole game so defensively and begin only the last minutes playing more offensively.

Dahlin was more than fine defensively. Hedman however seemed unfocused.
