I don't like giving him the benefit of the doubt, but this is preseason. Possibly just testing ****.

So what am I missing/not seeing with Andersson? He keeps up with the play, has been involved in a few nice rushes and seems positionally pretty sound.
He had a crap pass on the PP, but all players have that.
WHat's the issue, or what were people expecting?

Agree with this. Boo has some pretty big defences by the looks of it, but seems to have enough to play 4th line effectively and is cheap

I thought Lias was fine - maybe work on his acceleration and speed, but he had a juicy chance on pk 4v5 - not a great 1st period overall for Rangers.

I don't necessarily disagree, just explaining why Nash was on the PP when Shattenkirk wasn't. I don't see McD being on the PP this season anyway, Shattenkirk and DeAngelo/Pionk should be on each unit as the only D.
