LA particularly sucks because my mind always goes to Los Angeles, but I'm so done with this fad of referring to every player by their initials
 
I like some of the lines AV has been experimenting with in preseason...

Kreider - Zbad - Zucc / Buch
Miller - Hayes - Zucc / Buch
Nash - Anderson - Grabner

That looks like a nice top 9, with LA being insulated by two strong defensive forwards with enough offensive skill to help him develop that part of his game...

For the dfense, hopefully its something like

McD - Shatty
Skjie - ADA / Smith

And I really can't predict who will be the last pairing... There are too many possibilities.. Some combination of

ADA
Staal Pionk
Holden Beargloves
 
This will be an important game for Lias if he want to play in the NHL this season. Solid linemates, he have to be good tonight.
 
Very good PK by Staal.
I still think he can be a very effective (and massively overpaid) #6 if he gets limited 5v5 minutes and is used correctly
 
Boo handles the puck like a grenade.

Really nullifies any of the excitement generated by his blazing speed and good size.

That reaction by Wood was pure fakery. You don't lie on the ice like that and just get up 2 seconds later.
