I’m still not convinced MSL is the right guy. It’s not the losses , it’s the structure and unwillingness to shoot and overpass. Nothing has changed since he got here

MSL is the perfect assistant. Fantastic with the players, good motivator, but nowhere near enough experience. But he's great for a rebuilding team. By the time we're ready either he's developed himself or we move on.
