I was thinking the same thing. Looked kind of chaotic a number of times out there. It's game 1 of pre-season though so he might just need a bit to calm down.

Stats will be juuuust fine on Staal line. A couple very smart well positioned shifts and a couple in tight chances. Not as heavy as Nino but if he positions himself that well when the games count totally fine with him on the team for sure..

Necas.... u.mmmm... not much different looking so far compared to end of last year. Not going to stay in top 6 especially when Patches back if that is what to expect. A couple cheek clenching almost moments there in the first....
