Already were at 4 point games with Ottawa, and there you go. Play 20 minutes and win, play 40 and lose. How about paying a good 60 once in a while? Going into the 3rd I thought 'They've been playing well, comeback win in the 3rd' and nope.

Before the sixth goal I was going to give Woll some benefit of the doubt - but this was a bad game from him. Two goals by him the exact same way, and a last one that Steve Dangle will have a seizure over. I still start him over Sammy, but that gaffe doesn't happen and there's still a chance.

Matthews and Willy were extremely noticeable but Matthews made some bad judgment calls on shooting vs passing.

Johnny and Knies went in hard, though Knies made a few mistakes he did buy some karma for that little skate chop on Tkachuk.

Mitch had a horrible game though he did just have two huge ones, off and out of position all night.

Bertuzzi was noticeable in a good way all game, right in Korpisalo's face all night.

Domi was not noticeable at all...until that gorgeous sauce to Robertson. But before that he - and this is a recording - couldn't clear the zone.

Bobby also looks much more mature, playing a smarter game but he still needs to stay healthy and develop, but there's no denying those mitts on the goal.

Mo looks good, very good and Brodie continues his descent, he's not a liability, but he's close to one. The real problem is that when Mo goes through his occasional funks, he still racks up assists and the odd goal. Brodie makes too many hot passes guys can't handle and has never seen a shinpad or a stick he didn't want to shoot the puck at.

I do like this Lagesson kid - makes the simple plays. Speaking of simple plays, Gio has his pinch game down.

Klingberg scares me in the D zone but is great in transition and in the O-zone, nice effort by him tonight.

That 4th line is terribad. Jarnkrok was throwing more hits in the corner than Reaves, Gregor is a slightly smaller but much slower Lafferty (who has 3 goals) and I don't even know who the center is there, Kampf? At least Gregor and Kampf can PK, Reaves shouldn't play every game if he isn't gonna hit people.

Too many goddamn times I was watching and saw 'and Gregor sends it in'. You have two first lines who can play 25 and 20 minutes in these key divisional games and enough talent to blender up a third line that can do 13 and a 4th line for 4

Gregor: 10:41
Kampf: 11:49
Reaves: 8:24

Unacceptable!

Can we also give Jarnkrok some love here? People hate on him and yeah sometimes he's just there, then he has a game like tonight.

Somehow the patchwork D is holding it together. I expect a move.

I wish we had a kid like Sanderson and also wish we were deeper in on Chychrun.

Korpisalo was lights out, I'll pour one out.

Stutzle was also not very noticeable - but then he gets 4 points, Giroux was very dangerous all night.

A penalty against a team down by three with three minutes left and Ottawa really played a penalty free 3rd? Come on.

EDIT: And once again, this site is trash on mobile, especially the live threads...

Very disappointing loss considering we tied it up and then fell apart moments later.

We haven't played anywhere close to good enough and our consistency has been brutal.

Not sure if this should be on Keefe or not but he needs to get this team playing better or someone else should take over.

Some positives at least were Bertuzzi had a good game, Robertsons offensive game is much needed, Domi looks better at C and Benoit was solid.

Reaves needs to be taken out of the lineup for a few games.

Our goaltending is all the sudden a massive issue also.

Honestly, thank goodness Calgary is the next opponent. These guys need to play a low-scoring team to get some confidence back.

bad defense + bad goalie = bad results.

Klingberg and Brodie are clowns.

At least Dubas didn't trade this years first round pick

Is it too late to tank?

Team is missing McCabe and Liljegren badly.

Gio and Brodie just don't have it anymore.

Positives: Bertuzzi with a solid game getting a goal.. Domi looked good again with Robertson and had a beautiful feed. Robby also looked good and got his 1st of the year. May be something there.

Hope Woll can rebound.. big test for him coming up. Team defense needs to get its head out of its arse. What atrocity. PK is the worst its been in 7 years.

This team has no strengths. It's just a shittily put together rush team with a sprinkling of superstars on top and a very long NBA bench of random guys.

Main priority now is to not burn futures chasing after defensive upgrades to try and salvage this poor roster.

Woll had a .778

Matthews Marner knies we’re awful

Klingberg’s most useful thing was playing defence by shooting it at our pumpkin goaltender

Gio is cooked not on a cup contending team at all, so is Brodie but he can be a bottom pairer. That fourth line probably has as many goals against as the sharks have goals

2nd and 3rd line were bright spots of the game

Robertson scored, very happy for him and Raps playing great, up by 4 at the half in Dallas so not a terrible night overall. No worries, according to @Evilhomer we'll take over 1st place in the division in January and that's when we'll really start to roll. ;)
They will, but I can't argue that this was not a good loss. I am not happy about this game.
