Good period for Canada. Announcers are cluing in that Marner and Strome don't actually have any noteworthy chemistry. Barzal looks significantly better than he did against the Czechs. Sweden's depth doesn't look great yet, but as a team they still look dangerous.

I have to say outside of a few mistakes and turnovers, this Canadian team looks really good. Speed, skill, they're not huge on the back-end but they make up for it with "team D" great back-check by the forwards. Goaltending has been strong and reliable. Very solid 8 periods of hockey so far.

I'm mostly impressed with our goaltending! This team doesn't really have any glaring weaknesses

As much as people say the Hybrid ice is the way to go, and it IS Better than international size, I still prefer the NHL size.

Need to be a quicker thinker with the smaller rinks.
