I would say yes. I think it's 4 for the final 2 spots, they are 2 of them, the others being Chartier, and Quenneville

I think one of Chartier or Merkley gets cut(but not both), then you might be able to put Stephens and Perlini with Hawryluk and Quennville as the other cut
