Not surprised with Patrik he looks more week to week to me but what do I know. Nice to get Daddy DD back in the line up Saturday though!!
it's a combo of modern day hockey, lack of crowds, lack of training camp.I have watched a few other games and I have to say I have yet to see two teams playing well at the same time in a game. The hockey has been really disjointed.

i have no qualms turning these games off. but the quality of NHL hockey's been declining over the past few years.
All the shot blocking, collapsing to the front of the net, and getting into shooting lanes has made NHL hockey much less watchable for me.Coaching has gotten in the way and has taken a lot of the creativity out of the game.
I loved the skill of the 90's. The games were exciting and there was lots of creativity. Hockey today is all about restrictive and rigid conservative systems.
There are a few teams that have modern and outside the box thinking but for the most part teams just do the same old same old risk adverse schemes.
I have a hard time watching other teams play outside the Jets.
We're all injury prone. Can we all now agree, Laine is injury prone!
The call on the ice was a goal, they don't check unless the ref has doubt. It was missed and Ottawa had every right to challenge but didn't.
Hmm, I thought it was challengeable but I could be wrong.Well, the challenge would not be ”coaches challenge”. They can shout for ref to take a look but you can’t use challenge to check if the goal was scored with a high stick.
All goals are reviewed and corrected if need be. They did give Wheeler the goal in the end and it will be corrected on the site.Did Blake not get a goal this game?
If so, will the NHL update this stat?

Too many fancy off season kicks!!looked more like an abdominal injury to me
