I'm sure none. If people are content with another Rittich deal, maybe that's in play. People dreaming about Saros or an equivalent to become the team's main starting goalie? They are a little high on deadline fever....

I can see the leafs standing pat too. Ideally trading Gustaffson for a pick or a forward of his calibre would be the move.

But I think the leafs think this is the most amount of depth they've ever had going into the playoffs and they just go the playoffs like this

I get the desire for depth, but 9 defenders makes no sense.

Holl is the one with value that is the most likely in trade and he’s a UFA. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t be move for a 2nd or 3rd. We aren’t re -signing him for the $4-5 million he will want as a UFA and we already have replacements in oir pipeline. Already he is not in the plans in a Top 4 role. Get something for him now.

Kerfoot’s play last night cemented he isn’t going anywhere, and while he’s not my favourite player, at least he shows up, plays hard, knows our system, and has stayed remarkably healthy. He isn’t being moved, so I’m just going to hope he goes on a scoring streak for us. It’s not like he’s not getting any chances….

Playing under in regular seqson and when all the pressure is in you... its not the same thing, you can ask to frederick andersen or james reimer

You know how bad and unlucky it would be to be down to your #3 goaltender in the playoffs?

Not many teams that can say "Yeah... our 3rd string goaltender has played 200 NHL games and he'll give us quality #1 goaltending"

I don't why the standards for goaltender in Toronto are so much different than any other team. We need 8 NHL #1 goaltenders with 200 NHL games and they need to be really really good.

You can say that about literally every 3rd string goaltender. If Boston uses their 3rd stringer, they probably won't win either.

I'd much rather take my chance on Woll than Hutchinson or some journeyman goaltender.

Would be amazing to get a playmaker for 2nd line LW to set-up JT and Willie...kinda like a poor man's Mitchy.
I see this as our team's biggest weakness.

Holl isn't getting traded, if anything it'll be Gustafsson.

IF we acquire another forward, I’d expect Kerfoot to be the cap move. I don’t think there’s much chance at all that they move Holl. Having him as your #7 is a definite luxury. He is a serviceable D for when injuries come up.
