Rangers don't have that issue when it comes to a young player when it comes to not NHL Ready. I don't get why they couldn't call up Othmann and put Roslovic at center for the time being. Only 4 games without Rempe. Brodzinski has no NHL future

Pitlick is doing well in Hartford. Dont see why they couldn't waive Brodstinksi to help the Pack during their run to the playoffs.

As much as I have my qualms with the Rangers, only one of the likely first round opponents is a decent analytics team.

The East sucks.

Florida would inhale us and spit out the carcass. We know what Carolina is. Beyond that...

The Rangers aren't a great team but they're going to be in a tournament with mostly not great teams.

The only one that bothers me, barring a big change in the standings, is Philly. We looked like we never played hockey before against that team and their bread and butter are the exact traits that we can't seem to handle, especially with Captain Softskull coming back.

Not worried about Philly in the slightest. No playoff experience outside the coach. They're the Hurricanes with far less skill on both ends of the ice.

The more tired and less desperate team missing a bunch of guys lost on the road. :shocked face:

They also have limited callups left for the remainder of the season so Brozinski will play until Rempe returns. Also Brod will have to clear waivers if they send him down.

Good loss to remind Drury that this team needs grit and toughness like Rempe and Edstrom not Johnny hot wheels brodzinski. Guarantees Rempe is back in the lineup ASAP.

What guys were they missing? Trouba? That's addition by subtraction. Chytil's been out all season and replaced by Wennberg.

I'm still stunned by the duclair noncall. The ref is literally on camera watching him bury lindgren after a clean hit. The ref actually can be seen speaking to duclair AS IT HAPPENS

Not sure if you meant to quote me, but I do not disagree.

He is a great story, and by all accounts seems like a smashing guy, but that doesn't mean he is good enough to be playing regular minutes for a team supposedly with Cup aspirations.

I don’t know why we didn’t dial it back a bit at 2-0 and trap and then again at 3-2 on that 4 on 4.

I don’t think Tampa played well. They looked how they’ve looked all year. Very beatable. Just a really good PP. Cuylle takes a terrible penalty late. A blatant two hander on their star player. That’s an unacceptable penalty to take in a tie game.

Shesterkin was awful. He was frustrated with what happened on the second goal and just never recovered. The third goal should never have happened. Never. He can’t let that slip thru him.

Just went from as I said at the end of the first a Cup contending type of performance to just a ridiculous loss.
