I like the 'fluke' idea, but I agree with you, and the bolded is why. To expect any teams fanbase to be educated is a stretch, nevermind educated about our team.

Given that the Kings are the reigning champions, a Game of Thrones theme seems appropriate, albeit overdone.

Or Lord of the "Stanley Cup" Rings, while flashing to the 2012 Championship ring.

The usual suspects too: Anaheim, Vancouver, St. Louis. They hate that the Kings Twitter page insults people and retort by insulting us. :laugh: Good system.

Yeah, there's a lot of unmoderated hate in that thread. I like the guy that called us "rednecks after winning millions on powerball." was pretty hilarious :laugh:

Seriously though, all that fodder would make for great avatars...trolling without trolling, or reverse trolling! Especially if there's a way to put some of our hall-of-fame tweets in there. Paging The Royal Half!

Just some more twitter ideas. The good thing is that we could take these seriously or tongue in cheek. It's still a work in progress, and if you guys like it I can take it further. Still not sure if the "repeat" frame works right now. Any ideas?

That's why the "Return of the Fluke" makes more sense. Because you are poking fun at the other teams calling you a fluke while you steamroll them again.
 
I like the Twitter theme.

However, the Kings have not lost a playoff series since I have donned this avatar, so I may keep mine the same.
