Depends on how you define ”world class”. The definition has always been vague.
True. I usually use roughly the top 10 players at their position. Only exception is fullback because depth (particularly RB) is beyond awful.

I just use players that I think wouldn’t look out of place in the best teams in the world. The players I mentioned fit that description.

I hate that yellow card. You shouldn't be penalized for stopping a player from taking a quick free kick. If you want the ten yards, fine, ask for it.

That is too high of a bar. There are almost no world class players then.
Well yeah. World class is a super super high bar. The definition is "among the best in the world". Which would mean the top 5/10 of that position would be world class.

Reguilon is the third best left back in the league when used correctly. Would only take Tierney and Robertson over him.
