It does matter if it's deliberate. Did you just ignore the handball rules? They either called that deliberate or considered his position unnatural. Considering his leg was raised to play the ball unnatural would be a ridiculous call, so they clearly called it deliberate.They didn't determine it was deliberate. Read the rule again. It doesn't matter if it's deliberate. He's supposed to be sent off anyway.
