Wonder if it's a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.
EPL site says 4-3-3, but you can never trust this stuff until you actually see them playing.

I'd expect a 4-2-3-1, simply because Mount doesn't really play as a winger in any meaningful sense and so will be always looking to be inside.
Frank has put Mount and RLC there last season, Mount does it better than RLC though. I'd rather 4-2-3-1 to protect the backline more and give the attackers more freedom to cheat if need be. Let Havertz and Werner be more aggressive.

Who would be playing on the wing there though, RLC?

Technically, Mount and Havertz. I figure it'll probably end up looking, on the pitch, like a narrow 4-2-3-1 with Mount and Havertz as inside attacking midfielders on either side of RLC.

FWIW, the line-up news on the EPL feed had it as a 4-2-3-1 with Havertz and RLC as the wide guys either side of Mason.

Frank put him there in a game or 2 when he returned. Granted it didn't go very well, and he played out wide at Crystal Palace. I'd prefer him, Mount, and Havertz being pretty fluid in that attacking 3 line.

I'd prefer they play a modified diamond with these players with the fullbacks helping to provide width in attack.

Werner
Mount - Havertz
RLC
Jorginho - Kante
Alonso - Zouma - Christensen - James

Brighton v Chelsea, 2020/21 | Premier League

The game page has it as a 4-3-3.

Did a free trial for Peacock and they don't even have an app for Roku. I genuinely don't understand these companies, HBO the other, debuting their streaming services marketed towards cord cutters and not setting themselves up for success with that targeted demo. I 100% won't continue past Werner's and Havertz's debuts. I was already on the fence, but what's the point if I have to put it on my phone, tablet, or laptop and then cast or connect it to my tv?

I'm lucky we have DAZN in Canada.

Score prediction for Brighton v Chelsea; going with a 2-1 win. Ben White scores a debut header and Lallana provides a screamer from 30 yards out to open the scoring!

Ambitious and overly hopeful, I know!

Something like 4-2. Werner and Havertz with multiple goal contributions, but the back 5 remains will have their typical moments.
