I'm pretty sure that it was a joke. It had a classic 3-part joke structure: two setups and a punchline.
that would make senseYup he's definitely not being facetious whatsoever.

Traffic is BRUTAL in LA. Never again. First time in my life that I experienced grid lock traffic. I really thought it was just in the movies and TV (mostly exaggerated) but inching every 5 mins fo 1-2 hrs... TBH LA isn't as glamorous as everyone make it seem to be.
Deal is being held up waiting on Dvorak to waive his NTC. Stay tuned Jets fans!
To be honest that's why Danault left Montreal though. His play became very lacklustre and he became a slouch in other areas when pushed into the third line center role. He won't accept being demoted and still give 100%. That's why fans turned on him.

LA leaked Vilardi’s name to get him for cheap or their term, me hopes.
You're completely right. As a Jets fan I can't wait when he is finally gone. Winning that second overall pick turned out poorly for us. Laine was a spoiled rotten underachiever and so is Dubois.Am I the only one who doesn't get what all the fuss is about PLD?
I'm not saying he's not a good player, BTW. He just doesn't seem to be the huge trade package and $8M - $9M a year player it sounds like he'll get the treatment of.
I keep seeing Larkin and Barzal as comparables for him and I keep thinking, both outproduce him, both are way better in their own end, and neither has a reputation for taking shifts off or being a prima donna...You're completely right. Horvat got 68 million and he’s almost 4 years older and not nearly as hard to play against as PLD. But teams will only pay if they are over a barrel like the islanders were with Bo. Van didn’t allow Lou to talk to Bo until the trade was done. Bo had all the leverage. PLD is trying to negotiate a new contract, which (if a no go) nixes the trade. How do people still want PLD? The guy is a drama queen. He is a 2C demanding franchise C salary.
The most he should get is 8m. Hes basically on the level of Horvat.
You can't really buy your way out of the fires and horrible traffic. The only way to bypass traffic is to use a helicopter and that's not without risks as we saw.If you’re wealthy, LA is one of the best places to live in the entire world.
If you’re middle class or below, it sucks ass.
Well said sir, thank you so much. Tip of the hat to you. I think its the size fetish so many GM's have.I keep seeing Larkin and Barzal as comparables for him and I keep thinking, both outproduce him, both are way better in their own end, and neither has a reputation for taking shifts off or being a prima donna...
Who said it was a done deal? I have only seen frame work in place working on the deal?
Yes, Vancouver should be on that list. All the globalist/international cities are turning into v
Honestly, I think even if I were wealthy I'd find certain aspects of how run down the area has become disgusting. If you’re wealthy, LA is one of the best places to live in the entire world.

he's tweeting just to tweet lol@ScottBilleck "Silence in these matters can mean a couple of things. 1. Deal is close. 2. Deal isn't as close."
So... silence doesn't mean anything.
