I think the introvert/extrovert thing is the least important quality. The job of Captain takes place almost entirely in the dressing room and on the bench, where fans can't hear. Weber was about as quiet a C as I remember, but the guy was apparently a great captain.

A quiet Man Mountain that could stare down anyone into submission.

I’m fine with that, but in this tank season coming up I nominate Jonathan Drouin as Captain of Media relations. It would be his job to talk to the horrible pathetic Montreal media every day. I don’t want Nick having to answer to these vultures and their ridiculous questions next season. It’s a tank season but you know the media will act like we’re trying to win something, gonna be the same old stupid questions over and over.
