Before the media come into the clubhouse the manager is going to need to say "Ok, so nobody say "ATTA BOY ALTUVE!"

Evan Carter is going to be the next great player. Just turned 21 and he already has such a feel for the strikezone. A great fielder too. Corbin Carroll is awesome too.

Cave may stink but he’s their only LH bat off the bench and he has some versality if it gets to that.

I would think they would cut Walker/Lorenzen for Rhys. They already kept Lorenzen off the WC roster.

I don’t think that’s who they were deciding between. He’s firmly in their plans.

If they activate Rhys, they have to take Kerkering off the roster. He wasn't on the roster on 9/1 but having Rhys on IL gave them an exemption to add Orion.

I believe that only applied for the first two rounds. I don’t think they have any more limitations with the roster.

Everyone I know that likes baseball is either out of town or cant get out of work. Tickets were much cheaper to this game. Was really thinking about going.

If robo-umps became a thing, how would it work? What if the calibration was off in the middle of a game or it completely went haywire? I feel something would be lost with the showmanship of punch out calls in big moments. It would be nice to get more consistency but there would probably be some unforeseen issues that arise from robots
The ump union has always been powerful. I would wager that any electronic system would trigger a noise in the umps helmet, like they use for calling pitch now, and then the ump makes the call. The ump gets the final decision.

Nah. If I really wanted Pepsi, I'd just add sugar to my Coke.
I used to prefer RC soda.
