You have to ask some logical questions here:

1. WHY was she intentionally bringing in a gun? It's not like she forgot it was in her purse or something.
2. Why was it loaded? It's a damn stupid thing to do being clumsily "secured" without a holster - or having the safety on
3. Was she planning on using it on an opposing player? A home team player? An umpire? Other ladies in the serpentine line at the bathroom? The nacho stand to cut in line? (my personal vote)
4. Does anyone need to actually see a photo of this person? It's not like she's a HPOA like the airline shouter.

Depending on level of fatness there's a chance she forgot it was there. I wish I wasn't being serious.

Why would they not walk Ohtani to set up the DP?

Lorenzen is definitely gonna be a bullpen guy in the playoffs

Not ideal. Teams out of contention have no reason to claim... so most likely teams chasing the phils will get these guys.

Renfroe 11.9m (~$2M left)
Grichuk 10.33m (~$1.75m left)
Moore 7.55m (~$1.25m left)
Giolito 3.7m (~$1.85m left)
Lopez $1.3m (~650k left)

White Sox picked up a good chunk of Giolito and Lopez's contract so that was all the Angels owed them for the last 2 months. So Angels have already paid about half of it out.

Most are prob getting picked up in the AL. Grichuk would be perfect for just using against lefty starters and then bringing off the bench as a pinch-hitter with a .947 OPS against lefties this year.

Renfroe could slide, but someone prob will go for a 16 HR+25 2B against righties bat off the bench even with a .745 OPS against them and just about 102 wRC so more or less average hitter.

*edit* apparently its not league only waivers anymore. Still Phillies have a ton of teams still in contention before them.
