Pretty sure Smoltz said that “football probably has scripted plays.” HCette called that one out.

Also, Wheeler is looking really on tonight. I may have said to HCette something special is happening tonight.

I think Smoltz lives in this general area. It makes sense working for Fox & MLB Network (I think their studio is in NJ) because my cousin would see him a lot in the bar at the place he was a bartender at over the years.

He likes hockey apparently. He would talk about it a lot with my cousin & ask him to put it on the tv.
 
Bryce is an all time great, pretty obvious. I will be really disappointed is him and Jalen dont get a championship here.

Nick is such a frustrating player, why anyone would ever throw him a pitch anywhere near the zone is amazing to me. He just put this game out of reach though.
 
Can't expect 7 run innings every night but even outside of that it was nice to finally see them manufacture a few runs (5th run was a double, ground out advance to third, sac fly) and a few knocks with risp. That, not hope chess, is the winning formula
