I gotta admit, I’m a little disappointed in Hurts this year.

I was hoping he’d really make a statement and prove the doubters wrong, while really separating himself from Wentz. He really hasn’t done that so far. It’s just more of the same and I think we need someone better.

Now the Eagles are basically up 1.5 games on the #2 seed in the NFC if I am not mistaken.

So despite our less than stellar showings recently, we are well on our way to a bye week and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. So yeah. Things could be worse I guess.

Vegas winning also means that the Saints with their schedule could still give us a top3 pick if everything goes perfectly (which it won't but still)...

My fantasy team (10th place) may actually beat the top seed today (10-0) off the strength of Christian Watson and Tyler Bass's backs

Any given Sunday, eh

I didn't play fantasy football this year.

It's been the most liberating thing I've done in years.

I gave it up a few years ago after being in leagues probably since I was like 13 years old on a local dial-up BBS lol. At one time I was commissioner for about 5 years and it was all done in excel sheets I made-up because it was before Yahoo fantasy football became a thing.

I can get the people hooked or who want to have some type of interest in almost every game on... but to just be able to look at a game and appreciate the plays and the game with the only outside factor/bias being how it impacts the team I ROOT for and not how many points some dude I'm playing that week might get from a TE scoring a TD.

I find it a lot more relaxing and enjoyable and way less time consuming.

Fun fact: Marcus Mariota and Justin Herbert both have a thrown and completed pass to themselves against the Chiefs.

Mariota’s of course was for a TD in the playoffs though.
