Not being able to get off the field REPEATEDLY on 3rd & long is very close to the top of things that drive me absolutely insane when watching football...

Literally the same thing. I was so down on him that year then he almost beat that Georgia defense in the semifinal. I'm like what the actual heck maybe I'm too harsh on this guy and he's actually really good. I thought he'd be an average starter and not come out guns blazing.

The Georgia game was the outlier of all outliers. It wasn't supposed to signal that he'd be a better NFL QB than a college QB, but his body of work in the NFL has been much more impressive than his final college season.

I know but it was super convincing to see him put up that kind of performance against that Georgia defense. I still thought he was gonna be above average at the end of the day and understood the Texans taking him at 2. But I didn't see leading the league in passing right away.
