F*** it, maybe I'm a total homer, but without the pulling him down from behind or bending him down from behind aspects (neither of which occured) I'm not 100% sure that really was a horse-collar...

It’s a weird rule. I get the confusion. But it doesn’t require either of those by the book.

No player shall grab the inside collar of the back or the side of the shoulder pads or jersey, or grab the jersey at the name plate or above, and pull the runner toward the ground. This does not apply to a runner who is in the tackle box or to a quarterback who is in the pocket.

Note: It is not necessary for a player to pull the runner completely to the ground in order for the act to be illegal. If his knees are buckled by the action, it is a foul, even if the runner is not pulled completely to the ground.

Live by the option, die by the option.

This team needs a new o-coordinator badly.

I mean for God's sake they're down 2-0 in turnovers to Josh Allen!

But then your remember it's Hurts, King Bonehead

Swift has to be injured right ?

Is he their version of Frost ?

He can’t pass protect for shit. It’s limiting. I would play him more too, but the concern is legit.

My major criticism of the offseason was they didn’t get a single back who is actively good at it. I thought again well would get there because he was good in college. But he never did.
