The voting has split off into QBs winning MVP and another guy winning OPOY. There's no need to make this any more complicated or for some reason keep saying that QBs need their own award. They have one. Some people just don't like what it is.

The voter guidance for MVP is specific to value to team. The OPOY guidance is not. It has functionally sorted itself out the right way.

OL and TEs can't win OPOY. DBs almost never win DPOY, although one did this year. Football is not conducive to awards like this. Look how difficult it is to sort out All Pro teams and those guys at least fit into some of the same generic buckets.

This, but the one I use is Relief Pitchers shouldn't sniff a Cy Young. The position can never provide the same value. That doesn't in any way diminish how well someone pitches or Saquon runs.

The Bills have Josh Allen, James Cook, and essentially a bunch of JAGs for the rest of the team. The last few 1st round picks on offense aren't stepping up/being used correctly and the defense is normally awful even before the inevitable injuries because everyone's undersized. The head coach is all heart no brain and the overrated assistants keep skipping town for head coaching gigs they didn't deserve like Brian Daboll. Without Josh the Bills are are just as bad as the rest of the AFC East, McDermott and the GM are fired a few years back, and the team wouldn't be getting a crazy new stadium. Josh IS the team.

A friend of mine is in New Orleans and going to the game. He ran into Jalen Carter and Brandon Graham and they both said they're good to go for tomorrow. Jalen specifically said he is 100%.

He also say Keyshawn Johnson hanging out of a car last night and talked to Mike Florio at dinner. Must be super weird with so many "famous" people in town just wandering around the few days before the game.
