There are 5 teas there. Assuming he is tasked with watching the entire game, we can conclude he has supplied himself 5 teas to last 3 hours, or 1.6667 teas/hr.
A dependency that strong does not last for a finite 3 hours in a Sunday afternoon. I think it's fair to say Dak doesn't drink those teas with breakfast, etc, but it's reasonable to postulate he drinks his first one during the early lunch hour. Let's say 1100. Likely, he continues to drink through the afternoon and into the dinnertime hours. Is it unreasonable to think his last tea is at 1900? I don't think so.
That's 8 hours of tea time x 1.6667 teas/hr. That's a total of 13.3333 teas/day, and assuming no tea is left unfinished, we can reasonably conclude Dak Prescott violates the Geneva Conventions by consuming 14 teas per day.
