and a reminder the only reason the Sixers even ended up saddled with Colangelo is because David Stern convinced Michael Rubin to become his spy and inside man in the Sixers... Getting the ear of Josh Harris and parroting the wishes of the NBA in regards to putting Jerry Colangelo to oversee Hinkie.

Flash forward a little bit and the NBA is then throwing money at Michael Rubin to invest into Fantatics.
