They went toe to toe with the champs, but this was a winnable game they let go through their fingers, and it makes the losses to San Jose and Columbus (who got smoked by the f’n Coyotes) that much worse.

Kreider has been awful. Just totally dogshit. He kills possession, he’s getting easily knocked off the puck by smaller players, and he’s making boneheaded decisions.

Also wtf is this teams system? I know Colorado is very talented, but I see them getting shots, cycling the puck, forechecking, winning board battles, and doing the hardwork needed to win.
