What a wonderful event and game, and of course, wonderful two points for the Bruins. So happy that Jake DeBrusk is still a Bruin, I have to admit I had my doubts about him in the past, but he made me eat crow for breakfast, lunch and dinner this season.

Since this was surely a heavily watched event, I hope all the hockey writers got Ullmark on their Hart radar now, if they haven’t had him there already.

You are not alone. I still remember how many people on here were so angry at Seeny for not moving him for a 3rd rounder and a bag of pucks when he requested a trade. Most of those people were just as pissed about Sweeny signing Ulmark. Some great talent evaluation on both these guys.

The quality of the ice is understandably miserable but if the NHL wants to promote this spectacle they must find a way for higher quality ice or move on.

I completed a thorough read of the Penguins post game thread.

They dressed 11 forwards and really only rolled three lines. No wonder they wore down in the 3rd.

Clifton is Bobby Orr compared to Carlo! Carlo makes me more vervous when he has the puck than when the opposition has it.

There is no jinx. The President's Trophy winner wins the Cup far more often than any other single seeding.

I can’t overstate what Taylor Hall brings to this team. I’m not an expert when it comes to hockey Xs and Os, but Hall is a dynamic playmaker that absolutely makes a difference almost every second he’s on the ice. He has the talent of a Pastranak and the relentlessness of a Bergeron.

He loves being a Bruin, and I love having him on our team.

I think you can.
