It’s weird how like everything we’ve been asking for suddenly has this team looking great. Can’t even imagine what would happen if he tried Blueger at 3C between McGinn and Kapanen. Probably would break the win streak.

in all seriousness, i know that this board would replace him in a heartbeat if they could, but

1) i think people overstate how bad he is, outside of the 7-game GCRust fiasco this season. He has his ups and downs, like every coach, but keeping all of the HoFers (actual and those who just think they are) on this team happy is a fine line to walk. I think there's a reason every coach in the CrAlkin era has made the same "mistakes."

2) If Sid and Geno wanted him gone, he'd be gone

and

3) since 2 isn't the case, and there's like 3-4 years left in this era, MAX, Sully will be the coach for each of them, assuming that's what he wants.

All that to say that: yea, you can complain about the coach, but i think it's a massive waste of energy

They’re playing the Sabres much better than they did last game…it’s like they figured out how to slow their offense by managing the puck and getting it behind their D (who would’ve thought lol)…this period is kinda boring so far though
