Burke loves truculence & Rutherford loves trading Pearson & Sutter.

Done, no backsies!

The only Canucks target that really made sense for where both teams are at was Miller. Fair bit older than their young core, and on a great deal through next year so he could catch some nice futures.
But now that the Canucks are winning it's hard to see them parting with him.
That said, if he were available I'd propose something like:
To Pittsburgh: Miller
To Vancouver: Zucker, 2022 1st, Poulin
Miller would be a considerable upgrade on Zucker and a much better fit on Malkin's LW. Vancouver gets a capable if overpaid middle six winger in Zucker that they can likely flip for assets next year (included mostly to balance cap hit though), plus two quality futures whose timeline projects better with their core than Pittsburgh's.
Vancouver would be better served to retain on Miller and trade him for a better return elsewhere.
What sort of return are you looking for?
If retaining 50% at this trade deadline? An absolute haul. A 1st round pick and a young, contributing NHL’er. The offer you’ve made isn’t much better than what the team should expect to get at next year’s deadline when he’s an actual 1 year rental. Might as well keep him if that’s the best offer they get. But maybe I’m just not a fan of Poulin.

That's fair.
If we were to swap Poulin out for POJ, an NHL-ready defense prospect, would that change the equation at all?
I view Zucker as having some positive value - a 2nd or 3rd round pick - as a vet LWer who can bridge a gap for the Canucks in the middle 6. If you don't see him that way, he wouldn't need to be included.
As another poster mentioned, a RH’ed shot is really what this team needs. They have Quinn and OEL(regrettably) tying up two spots on the left side for the foreseeable future as well as Jack Rathbone in the AHL waiting for a spot. POJ would probably have even less value to the Canucks than Poulin.
The Canucks really don’t have any need for a player like Zucker. I think they’d prefer to give the younger guys like Hoglander and Podkolzin those minutes.
