Given our little "streak" here, I'm not convinced a move from our end will come to fruition in the next couple of weeks. It's not a stretch to say "they seem to be hitting a stride". 1pt from WC2 with several teams in the mix looking pretty mid.
Wouldn't shock me to see Dubas hold Pettersson until closer to the TDL to see where we are really at. If that means that Vancouver makes a deal with Columbus for Provorov or something like that to fill the gap early, so be it. And unless Vancouver wants to do a separate deal for Hoglander and they want back Nieto, Acciari, Hayes, etc, I'm not entirely sure where Hoglander fits in the lineup (using my projection of Sullivan's thoughts) but I'd happily have him on the 4th line at the very least. Hogs-Acciari-Glass could be a decent 4th line.
