His "Quotes" aren't Gerbil Boys Opinion!!!! Cognitive Dissonance. much?? I will break it down for you so even you can understand "Golden Boy doesn't want Sullivan or anyone else fired" or they would be gone

Lol Rossi is a hack who has stated he doesn't even like Hockey. I remember when he predicted James Neal would score 12 goals in his first full season with us.

Cognitive dissonance is suggesting to get rid of the reason the Penguins are still in Pittsburgh. Crosby.

Sid will NEVER tell the media what you want him to dude, he never has been nor will he ever be that guy. And that is the least of our problems

Um Genius I have never said Get rid of Sid, Geno Or Letang. I have said Ad Nauseum that they are 36 & 37 now

Do I have to quote myself?

Sid has never been nor he ever will be the kind of player to say anything "exciting" in the his interviews.

This is not indicative of bad leadership. At all. He is FACTUALLY a good leader. I've listed to you before his winning every conceivable championship since juniors, to the NHL, to the Olympics and world championships, as a captain.

You have suggested numerous times that the core needs to go

NO!I have said They are old & Sid again Sorry to break your bubble doesn't want the coaches fired or they would have been fired

Meanwhile Washington is surging despite having an old and significantly more shit roster because they have a young and up and coming coach who isn't stale and predictable and can properly evaluate the players on this roster because he doesn't have 8 years worth of biases clouding his decision making.
Spencer Carberry is definitely a good, young coach.

But the Caps have a -8 goal differential and one of only two power plays worse than the Penguins. I don't buy that their current record is sustainable.

There is literally no way to prove that.

Quote Sid all you want, he's not signing players or his own checks
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ! You are the Prototypical 8 year old that doesn't want to hear what someone is telling them so they stick their fingers in their ears & Say NANANANANANANANANANANA i can't hear you

Right you post like this and I'm the 8 year old. Go brush your teeth

Your just proving me right when I say you can't prove your claims, and just resort to whatever that post is

You do nothing but move the goalposts & change the direction of discussion hahaha

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN You are a boing as watching paint dry & those quotes in Gerbil Boy Rossi's story are not made up

Sure they're real quotes. That doesn't mean Sid has any power to make the decisions that you're suggesting. He is still only a player. He is not management

He's not McDavid. Who has his former junior coach as their current nhl coach, and his agent as the president of hockey ops

“Do I think that that he’s the right person for this job now and far to the future? I absolutely do,” Dubas said.

Dubas praised Sullivan and his staff for their attention to detail and willingness to explore new avenues in search of a way to help the Penguins break out of a 3-5-3 funk since a five-game winning streak in early November.

“They’re trying to figure out what’s going to work moving ahead,” Dubas said. “So that to me has been the most encouraging part. And like any team that’s in this sport, we have to continue to find our way out of it. And I’m certain that Sully is the best person to help us in that regard.”

I f***ing give up, this is just beyond ridiculous. What a f***ing moronic franchise, Dubas is no different than Hextall.

Pittsburgh is currently dealing with injuries to several high-profile players, including forwards Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell. Rust, tied for second on the team in goals with 10, is “week to week” with an upper-body injury. Rakell hasn't played since Nov. 19 with an upper-body injury of his own.

Dubas called the injuries “no excuse” and said if the players filling in can't help keep Pittsburgh afloat, the blame falls on him.

“If we have a depth issue that falls on my shoulders and should be held against me more than anybody else,” Dubas said.

Yeah mate, take the blame, the fact that Sullivan has had to finally use Puustinen and others that are actually good must be really hard, these players predate Kyle Dumb-f***-ass as well. The ones he did get, aren't necessarily bad either, but are typical Sullivan porn. How the f*** do you sit there and assume this coach is still the same bloke to lead this team out of mediocrity? This isn't a one season issue, this is going on a couple, if not more and if you consider the lack of playoff success the last 6yrs, it gets worse.

Also then you take into consideration the Assistant Coach changes - Tocchet & Martin left, Recchi & Sarge came in, they got fired, now you have Reirden and Vellucci and the same problems when Recchi and Sarge were here, persist. You don't think there's a common denominator?

f*** Kyle Dubas. I now get why Leafs fans shat all over this f***ing loser, we're the idiots that argued with them that they were wrong.

We were wrong.

Had to block them. Which is pretty crazy.

Imagine ending up on the same list as ronshair.
I had to block that wanker a while back, also that Ryder tosser that exposed his xenophobic racist ass.

Arizona just lost tonight at Buffalo and played Vejmelka, who hasn’t been great this year so far…their starter is Ingram and he has a .920 save % and probably has never faced the Pens before…our sorry asses will increase his save % by 20 points tomorrow night as we chest snipe him to eternity lol…

He wasn't respectable in Nashville. His 5v5 scoring was horrid. Had one good year getting a ton of PP points as the 5th option. Not good Defensively either.

There's a reason why Nashville fans celebrated and thought they were giving up the 2nd at first.
Nashville was pretty mediocre to bad with one surprising year for some of their top talent, there were a lot of players that weren't performing up to their standards for the most part, Johansen turned into a shell of his former self, Duchene turned to shit, even Forsberg should have been producing more (2021-22 should have been the breaking point for Fosrberg being a 90+ player, but wasn't, this year he looks like he will be) and they ended up dumping Tolvanen for nothing, comically via waivers and admitted to f***ing that up big time. Tolvanen btw, is on pace for 50pts right now on a Kraken team that needs to make moves to fix that shit goaltending. Preds in 2021-22 looked like something was brewing, then the bottom fell out hard, again.

Even with that, Granlund hovered around 50pt mark for his production overall there.

Imagine waiving a player that you couldn't properly develop or identify on how to use, putting up a 46pt pace the moment he leaves and is on pace for 50pts right now, literally giving away a top 6 talent.

Oh wait, we do know how that feels, but someone will focus on the name and what not vs the sitaution like usual. Like the fact that I am having to talk about Granlund when it was not about Granlund at all.

It was about not understanding the player they were getting and misusing and miscasting them - There have been several, far too many, that GM's have given up assets for to help Sullivan only for him to f*** it up. That is the crux of the issue and has been for a while in addition to just a system that hasn't evolved to suit the players he does have.

I can see Zucker getting up for that game, same for Logan vs his childhood team. Also the Coyotes this season have really come to play against the better teams in the league and while we know the Pens suck bollocks, the Coyotes will treat this team like it's Vegas and win.

I'd say they get humbled but nothing humbles this arrogant squad.

I honestly wonder how much was Sullivan being blind to what was happening and how much of it was a power struggle between himself and Hextall. He clearly wants the 2 scoring lines and 2 defensive lines and the players he was getting did not fit that, so maybe he was fine tanking the team to get the type of players he wants. I mean who's ownership going to side with? A 2x Cup champion coach? Or an emergency GM hire?
And now he has those players and he's coached the team to even worse results than last year? Imagine that.

Sullivan's usage has clearly shown he wants the 3rd and 4th lines to play like hard checking defensive shutdown units and somehow also produce unheard of offensive numbers with that usage, it's just not based in any sort of logic at all. Then when he does have options that can help do that, he will always choose the offensively stunted bloke that is average at best on defense because he loves those types.

Rutherford and Hextall failed to make this Sullivan's team after the 2 cups, Dubas still can't do it. You want to blame Hextall? Fine, but then you end up having to blame every GM that has been here with Hextall.

This reminds me of how Burke went to every media outlet to praise Mike Sullivan, I felt that was f***ed up and demoralizing to see given how many issues there are with Sullivan and his coaching, but someone above (FSG) really loves this bloke and he's essentially untouchable because Dubas has now praised Sullivan 3 times to media outlets since he's been hired, sounding a lot like Brian Burke making his rounds to media outlets to keep pumping the fact that Sullivan is great and he's their guy, almost as if they know people want to say something but if they keep pushing that narrative, then no one will think otherwise.

JR got so frustrated with Sullivan's usage of players in wrong roles he panicked and moved Hagelin (Hagelin was someone Sullivan kept forcing with Malkin and it wasn't working as it should, but Hagelin was producing just fine on the 3rd line, but all Sullivan had up his sleeve was praying a version of HBK with Geno would spark something, it didn't, he ended up causing a rift with Malkin and Kessel instead), the team got Tanner Pearson, we were excited, then we saw how Sullivan deployed him and this board turned on Pearson. Mark Jankowski is essentially what Sullivan thinks of Eller, he used him as such, after 1.5 weeks it was clear Mark was not an NHL caliber player to everyone here and to everyone around the league, but 40 games later he finally used someone that kept showing more than Jankowski in each call up and shift, it took him until it was basically too late to figure that out.

His idea of goalie rotation, his ignorance of scouting players and what they're good at is non existent, need I mention he literally came to JR to make a case for Jack Johnson?

Mike Sullivan f***ing sucks, you lot apparently want to blame literally everyone for things Mike Sullivan has exacerbated into shit.
