Again…yeah…were not getting a Pastrnak or prime Kunitz…only hope is 1) new coach who won’t preach the type of low probability scoring as this guy does or 2) some younger legs bc I do think part of our scoring issues have to do with not getting into position quickly enough when lanes open up and not getting shots off quickly enough and I do think that has something to do with our best shooters aging…

these issues are the reason I don’t see us going on a run in the playoffs and why I would trade Jake…but if Dubas is going to keep Jake, he needs to find a hockey trade for Smith…maybe Vegas wants to get out of that Barbashev contract already and will take a swap back for Smith? Lol
