I'm not bothered by this. Nothing will ever hurt as much as getting eliminated by the Avs all thanks to Roy.

You have to buy out Richards, no team. Even Florida will take that contract without salary coming back.

I agree with that.

The side that seems a bit hopeless is that it's exposing the coach too. And he probably ain't going anywhere.

I have been very disappointed with Sutter in this series, but really he doesn't have much to work with, especially on defense.

The flopped picks of Teubert and Hickey, coupled with the extremely slow development of Forbort is starting to show through now, when those guys were supposed to start coming into their own as NHL'ers. There isn't anyone down in Manchester that is capable of top 4 or maybe even top 6 minutes, and with a team that has used as many high picks the last 6-7 years on defenseman that is unacceptable. But that is why Sutter is forced to use guys like RR.

The Richards collapse could not possibly have been seen by anyone a couple of years ago, guy goes from one of the best 2nd line centers in hockey to Scott Gomez, essentially overnight. Does Sutter deserve plenty of blame for even playing him, absolutely. But the Kings lack of development when it comes to top six forwards also shines through with guys like Richards and King starting the series in top 6 roles (to be fair, two top six forwards were traded for Richards)

Everyone wants to talk about the great development of the Kings, and they do a nice job with depth players, but all the flopped first round picks and the other picks that were traded are starting to hurt this team because there is no one ready to replace a guy like Richards, or play 2nd line lw.

These guys have pride and I would expect their best effort in Game 3. If they are a no-show then something is truly wrong.

Don't hold your breath. This team has rolled over. And with this damaging loss, they can't come back. There's a difference between losing with dignity, and getting demolished. We got demolished.

Ouch. What a complete drubbing. Even when it was 2-0 Kings, you could tell that the better team on the ice was the Sharks.

Could be finally their year. Yeesh, I threw up in my mouth a little.
