yep. Roy's chance will be next year, when Dvo, Armia, and Evans are gone. One spot will be given to Demidov of course, and one spot to a new center (Beck or Kapanen). Roy could get the other one.

He has the Patrice Brisebois issue. 98% of his game is fine. Unfortunately, he makes 1-2 significant turnovers in bad places per game that results in goals against. He's -5 in his last 3 games, and a lot of that is due to poor play by him. His IQ is a huge question mark.

He has played with the team's best players at a cost that I would argue has caused alot of this team's struggles. He is -18...that has to be close to worst in the league.

Yeah, that was proven when Slaf no longer had to carry Dach's amazing 'fancy stats'. Laine would be much better served to come back and play with players who can help him get going, not someone who will drag him down.

For sure Gally has earned his pp time. Maybe Dach on the halfwall and Gally in front of the net. Maybe Heineman in the bumper, and Newhook on the other halfwall.

But for sure Laine should bump Dach to the 2nd unit.
