I still think it's Justin Bailey.... he was at the game yesterday and he's not saying on Twitter that he's not captain, but is saying about his great time in Buffalo.

Pat LaFontaine to be replaced by Larry Quinn. Terry Pegula quoted as saying "We thought this was the right move, Larry has proven a great asset to this team in the past with his stellar handling of personnel, making this team one of the most well respected in the league during his tenure. Welcome back Larry."

The only truly negative outcome is if Murray leaves. LaFontaine, Black and/or Nolan would be unfortunate and poorly timed, but Murray leaving will screw us.

The crossroads we all knew would need to be crossed, is currently ring crossed (it seems)

Patty loves Nolan, any GM is going to want to hire his own guy.

Speculation as to whether the Miller trade had an affect

Ok, thanks

Stop that!!! I've already threaten another poster for even joking about something so horrible.

To me that scenario is worse than being forced to sit and watch a deceased family member being consumed by maggots.

Or possibly that Murray wants to trade a player that Nolan or Lafontaine doesn't want moved.
