According to who? You? Tradition?

You can get proper nutrition and 'balance' without eating everything that is possible to be consumed. Do you eat plastic and dog **** and bark too? Why limit your balance to animals?

Science you idiot. Or lemme guess...that's all lies too.

As for your other question...plastic cuts my gums and bark hurts my ass on the way out. Haven't tried **** though but given the loads of it that come spewing from your mouth day in day out...it musn't be very good.

Meat tears up your ass too.

Source on me saying human life is equivalent to mosquitos? Quoting me saying "no life is worth more than another" is a bit of a stretch to then say "he said mosquitos are equal to humans."

Also I'm not sure what the one poster is saying there's doubt about. My veganism? My veganism is well documented.

That and the ensuing conversation - you made it pretty clear that animals are just as important as humans.

But clear it up for us. Do you have a hierarchy of life? Because "no life is with more than another" sounds a lot like a junk argument.

True story. Yesterday my 7-year-old son told me he would be a vegetarian for the rest of his life. He had a strategy to accomplish this by eating bites of my country-fried steak & gravy because it wasn't HIS food and therefore didn't count.

Not sure if future vegan or future lawyer.

Non dairy milks (some) are now being fortified with b12 here in Canada . Veggemo a new milk made from vegetables here in Canada is fortified with it making it easy to get b12 and remain on a plant based diet without having to take a vitamin.

This will be hitting the states in the fall I do believe.
