Not an LL Cool J fan, but the guy puts on a show. He certainly didn't phone it in.

The whole GameDay experience is night and day to pre covid times. I was talking to an old guy in the concourse, almost @Chairman Maouth age. He said he hadn't been to a game since the season back at Empire. Last year convinced him to come to a game again. Had to dig through the attic for his old Brent Johnson jersey. Doman isn't just bringing in new fans, he's giving old fans a reason to come back again.

Also Edmonton...yeesh. I don't think they made it inside our 40 yard line.
Watchin' that TSN panel groovin' out to the sounds of L.L. Cool J was a sight to behold. Makes you remember that attending a pro sports game is supposed to be 'fun'.

We've all been beaten down by too many dismal nights at Rogers Arena.

Defense comes up huge.

Bombers 2nd and goal and Lions come up with the sack. Hold Bombers to a FG. 10-6 at the half.

I spoke too soon.

Less than a minute in the half. On the last play of the half Lions complete an amazing run for a TD.

17-6.

Adams is completing passes that I don't think at first glance are completions. But they are.

Offense and Defense played amazing tonight. Dunnigan seemed to only get excited when Winnipeg was doing something on offense. Is he a BB homer?

WOOOOO !!! What a beat down. The Leos were so aggressive on both sides of the ball right from the 1st quarter.
And the D never let up. Bombers just couldn't recover.

Can't wait for the return bout on Aug. 3.
