Yeah that second goal..... was no goal. Not in any way, shape, or form enough conclusive evidence that the puck went off his stick after he gloved it. Good call.

I thought the call was good. Ref said no, and the video replay was definitely not conclusive.

will say this though, ovechkin wouldnt have acted that way unless he really thought he hit it.

I thought Kulemin redirected the first goal. And the second one was a hand goal, good call.

The puck seemed to hit ovys stick on its way down but I have to say I agree with the result. It was inconclusive so no way the refs call could have been overturn.

The rotation factor was real, but it's unknown who caused the puck to do it. Looked to me like it happened passing Ovi's stick but I don't see any possible way they could overturn it. Just like if it was called a goal on the ice.

I was hoping it would be a goal FWIW

Inconclusive.

That puck was knuckle balling in and could have tapped the stick on the way in.

looks like it doesnt hit his stick. Good call Canada.

I am sorry that I complained on canadian refs earlier. I will never complain again.

Oh, I'm sure that's true for the most part. My issue is that I don't think we can trust his actions as evidence. Just because he felt his stick touch something doesn't mean it was the puck. His stick looked like it came in contact with Stralman and the post. How is he to know if what he felt was the puck?
