Out of Town Thread - New Year’s 2025 Edition

The Detroit downfall thread is both hilarious and depressing. Hope we won't have to cope like that next year
Lol... Are you kidding?
We're on the cusp of making the POs in KH's 3rd full season, and a bunch of fans are already getting impatient and skeptical.

Yzerman is about to wrap up 6 straight no playoff years... They regresed from last year and they don't really look close to turning any corners.

This place would be a cesspool if we were 3 years down the road and still spinning our tires like the red wings are

I think Hughes has done a good job but if he doesn't bring help and they regress, yes I will criticize him. I don't want Suzuki(and Caufield) to be wasted like they wasted Larkin

The Habs are in an upstart situation where I think they will start getting a bit more agressive externally this offseason.

Yzerman in that situation went for some mediocre vets or names that are well past their prime.

I don't think hugo will do the same.

Isles and jackets tied late in the 3rd.

I'm not even upset with a 3 point game if it means blue jackets pull out a win.

I disagree with this disalowed goal. This league has become insane with this shit. Palmeri was not in the goalie zone. The goalie went toward the player.

Oh I'm just checking the score on my phone and they have the Isles ahead.

So it's still tied?

Pretty cool. With this result, only the Rangers have a chance of pulling ahead of the Habs tommorow but Montreal would still have 2 games in hand.

Rangers are playing in LA tommorow who are riding an 8-1-1 streak.

Rangers have looked horrendous and keep being saved by their goalie. They better not make the playoffs. I vote for Kreider crashing into their goalie.

They have had some extreme hot and cold streaks. You just never know when they can turn it around.

How did the habs look at the 4 nations break?
