Wowza, he's got 29 in 10 playing for the Chiefs with Berkley Catton. Anywho, who needs Cristall when we have Quartexx client Alex Newhook?

Newhook does suck. Cristall is still a longshot, but I think he was great value where he was selected. Sometimes longshots make it.

Listen, when you’re offered Alex Newhook… You take it. We don’t need skilled forward prospects, we needed Alex Newhook.

And by Jove, we have Alex Newhook and look at us now. Thriving. Beaming. Succeeding. Alex Newhook.

It was posted earlier this year that was the focus for him but posters here have said that remains a work in progress.

This was the first source I found on Google but I think there were more reputable sources too:

Jets have to sign 4-5 guys big money this is misleading.

Habs have 15M with Evans to sign and Dvorak/Savard/Armia replacements (league minimum journeymens)

So about 10M free.

+ 10M available for Price?

Yes

I bet OTT makes a bigger move.
they are rolling now, on the figs heels
They lost their Bigger Boys game against Tampa.
CBJ also looking like they are coming back down to earth with an injury to their top scorer.

As sucky as Boston has been those games in hand are starting to erode for some teams.
They always look good on paper but they never play as good because of a more condensed schedule.

Wright on another heater, but the pattern is still the same as before. Shots are going in, but he's not shooting more. Getting lots of one assist games. A breakthrough is still in the future, IMO.

That being said, Slaf and Wright are tied for points now. More goals for Wright, more PP time and better linemates for Slaf.

I was coming to post this. Both tied at 29 points. Wright played two more games though. He was 4 points behind Slaf when the new year started. He was 7 points back at some point earlier in the season.

Looks like he'll overtake Slaf before the end of the season.

Who knows, Slaf could hulk out for the rest of the season like last year. I think Slaf is still clearly ahead, but Wright has gained some significant ground back.
