But it makes sense if they couldn't sign him and didn't want to give him

When we played the avs, it seemed like rantanen, makar and McKinnon were
on the ice the entire game. They weren't gong to win another cup with that kind of top heavy lineup. Hopefully they get enough quality to retool asap
