Messy in Bruins land.
who is lying?
Neely seems bluffed by his own GM.everybody, they're bruins. f*** 'em all.
Who was the loser the Habs got in return ?
Makes me always concerned if the management can't build an AHL team to make the playoffs/judge AHL talent.
Yeah, it's a pre-season goal, but it's a nice one and way better than anything whatever the tool he got traded for would do.

I really like what Zito has done to the Panthers. Their players know how to play all around hockey. They're so in-your-face as well, but they might be the highest IQ team since the Blackhawks. Man I would love an Ekblad-Tkachuk-Barkov core.
Utah has some unique liquor laws relative to the rest of the country. Or at least it did when I visited for work ~5 years ago. If I recall, it is illegal for bars to serve beer >5% ABV from a tap. Those rules are set by an alcohol regulation board, and as the bartender was telling me, "9 out of 10 of its members are Mormons who have never had alcohol their whole life".Where is the beer?
Do the Mormons play hockey? Kinda curious now. Actually just googled it and Derek Ryan is one, it came after the hockey though and he is somehow still in the NHL at 37 years old so he must be doing something right.Who knows what this means for the hockey arena though.

They still needed that sluggish ice in game 7 to win. Nothing more effective than bad ice to slow down a speedy team. Never seen so many players fall down to the ice in a final. Despite winning, they got outscored 23-18 in the finals. They won't get this lucky twice. If there's a repeat of the final, Oilers could very well have home ice advantage.I really like what Zito has done to the Panthers. Their players know how to play all around hockey. Let's not be as soft as the current Habs team. I'm with Oz on this, and wish there was more thick-skin folks and free speech not only on this board, but in society in general.
Bustbacher is quite ridiculous though. Way too early to label him a bust, but I do understand the frustration of the last few days affecting the judgment of a few members.
I think he actually wanted more based on what I read from him.Bruins.
There's no way they offered Swayman $8m x 8. I think that's pretty close to what he wants. He would've signed by now.
I don’t think he’s a bust. I think with his skill sets he’s very valuable for a contending team. I think of him as a Colton Parayko type player. However his career he will be compared to Matvei Michkov which is unfair because they are two different players. Michkov is a better player overall but isn’t built for the playoffs. Reinbacher is a player who is solid in regular season but in the playoffs he’ll be the main guy like what we had Weber/Petry/Edmundson/Chariot back in our playoff run. Big heavy defenseman.
