I say more like Mercury. To me, Islanders and Carolina are like Mercury. Colorado and Vegas is Venus. Boston is Earth. Montreal is Mars. New Jersey is Uranus. Detroit is Neptune. Buffalo is Pluto.

That’s what non-game managing looks like. If they didn’t do the game managing they do Tampa would have 50 more PPs than any team and probably lose like 5 games.
