Tampa looking like this makes me feel a lot more confident about our chances next season if/when we re-sign Hamilton. Part of the reason Seattle knows they can ask a high price for salary ATM is because they know that Tampa is going to get reamed this offseason.

Deadline pickups take a while to fit in, however, so IMO it's not the same impact as an offseason one until several weeks afterward. Before this series, Savard did not look great, for example.

Meh, that call happens all the time in the NHL. Hard for the refs to always catch that imo.

God knows I've been an Islanders skeptic, but if they can pull this off to force Game 7 and then eliminate the Lightning, they'll be doing the lord's work.

Isles/Habs would be such an epic SCF. Haters can hate all they want there is nothing boring about those 2 teams.
