Imagine Beck / Mccoy to Ottawa. I'd probably just send you the $100 now.

I wouldn’t take it!

I know there are moves coming. I want to make sure each side knows exactly what is on the line!

I've long thought Beck would be an absolute buzzsaw playing under Dave Cameron, but I too would be shocked if we were to pick him up.

Pretty sure there are two more moves. OA and BUG.

Dunno if there will be more or not. That is where it starts to get cloudy.

Stop it! You will make the Petes fans go crazy! We don’t have an eligible ‘07 to trade. They will flip out and call you names and stuff….
I love the Peterborough fans. I was fortunate to spend a lot of time in their media suite for their playoff run last season. It's a special place to watch a playoff game.
Their casual fans dont understand that Oke is doing what's best for the organization but a lot of them do. -I think its impacting the fan base even harder coming off the championship and impressive first 2 months to the season that were completely unexpected.
I spoke to Mike Oke at an AHL game Nov 18th when he was giving Avon his ring and there was still hope Tucker Robertson was coming back when they were rolling to start the season. -I think a lot of their plans were based around waiting to see how that turned out.

They really had no choice. They couldn’t make a run this year. They’d need to add, even if Robertson returned. They would have needed to deal Cameron And whatever picks they had left to fill holes. They’d be screwed going forward.

Last season was the one to nab him when the price was right for a two season run.

Windsor just dealt Mancini making room on defence and opening the OA space. The cost paid by Flint makes no sense unless Giroux is involved in it somehow.

Looking more like it will be a RW not a C for the last OA spot. Things seems somewhat fluid. I think we will know today.

So many moving pieces, it's fun to follow!

Ottawa has done a great job so far with a hyper undervalued Kressler and last year stud playoff D Mayer. I'd love to see them add another impact forward as well.

Windsor makes too much sense for Donoso, who from all accounts was a great teammate with the 67's during his tenure here. Maillet seemed like a good fit for Ottawa. Michelone would be fine but I'd like to see 80% Mackenzie from here on out.

The team still has 10 D, at least one too many. Got to think that one of the 19 year old D not named Mayich will be moved to a better situation. Teams like Peterborough are in need of D.

The name that was going around a bit was a player currently not in the league. I don’t want to say any more than that.

The player that seems most likely on his way to Ottawa is an OA RW As well as an ‘04 goalie.

It also seems likely that Donoso ends up back home in Windsor.

None of this is confirmed in a way that makes me want to say names etc. I’m not close enough to be “that guy.” I think it is close enough to feel a little confident something will get done.

Pinelli brother is not in the league? But not a RW.

Not Pinelli. That was a name that got thrown out there a while back but was never taken super serious.

The player not in the league right now IS a Centre.

The player it looks like they may be getting is a RW.

Tyler Boucher was mentioned as a possible return as well but he stuck with Belleville.

Michelone is a good kid; very polite, good sense of humour, likes being at the rink. He's going to give you some great games and some not-so-great ones. I wouldn't judge him solely by his stats as he's been much better from early December onwards. Give him a shot and he'll show you what he has.

Maybe having a actual defense would be good for him. He didn't get any help before..
