You don't want to see guys like Nnaji, Pickett, Tyson, or Saric against good teams.Gotta admit when the Nuggets get everyone back im gonna be kind of bummed - I’ve liked watching these kids lately the past few games. Was hoping Trey Alexander was going to get in again last night but Portland just kept hanging around.
If we're healthy Zeke should play zero minutes. We don't need to play five forwards and Porter, Gordon, Watson, and Cancar are all better players than Zeke by a considerable margin.Yeah I agree with ya but watchin the kids is still fun. I think the media greatly over exaggerates Pickett; I just don’t see it with him. I guess he doesn’t make a lot of mistakes but I don’t see a lot of offensive threat in him.
I think the only two dudes that have maybe earned more time through this stretch are Zeke and Strawther. Zeke is still pretty awful but I think he should at least get 5-10 mins a game. Strawther’s offense has really started to click but it’s very obvious come playoff time that he’s going to get picked on over in the defensive end.
Oh well - this stretch has been fun while it’s lasted.
I’d be all for that if it wasn’t going to be followed up by him bitching about his number not hanging in the Ball Arena raftersCarmelo elected into the Basketball HOF.
Correction, he’s just a finalist.I’d be all for that if it wasn’t going to be followed up by him bitching about his number not hanging in the Ball Arena rafters
I'll forgive him if he commits to watching every single inning of an entire season of Rockies baseball. Once has has suffered as we have suffered, healing can begin.I don't want his number ever in the rafters
Nah, f*** himI'll forgive him if he commits to watching every single inning of an entire season of Rockies baseball. Once has has suffered as we have suffered, healing can begin.
He revitalized basketball in this city. Before he got here, Rocky was literally the face of the franchise. The mascot was the most popular Nugget.Nah, f*** him
No he didn't lol. He abandoned us because his wife wanted to live in NYHe revitalized basketball in this city.
He absolutely did. Did you even watch Nuggets basketball from 1996 to 2003?No he didn't lol. He abandoned us because his wife wanted to live in NY
Blah blah blah. f*** Carmelo Anthony. He absolutely did. Did you even watch Nuggets basketball from 1996 to 2003?
Nugs winning percentage by year
1996: .427 (first year without Mutombo)
1997: .256
1998: .134
1999: .280
2000: .427
2001: .488
2002: .329
2003: .207
2004: .524 (first year with Carmelo)
The Nuggets were a bigger joke than the Rockies before Carmelo got here.
We almost ended up with Darko Milicic instead. If that happens there's no telling how many more consecutive losing seasons we end up with, and we never make the trade that brought us Jamal Murray.Blah blah blah. f*** Carmelo Anthony.
Funnily enough, Milicic has actually won a championshipWe almost ended up with Darko Milicic instead. If that happens there's no telling how many more consecutive losing seasons we end up with, and we never make the trade that brought us Jamal Murray.
You mean Milicic stood nearby while Ben Wallace, Rip Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince, Rasheed Wallace, and Chauncey Billups won a championship. Darko played fewer than 6 minutes, all in garbage time. Darko is an NBA Champion in the same way that Ish Smith and Collin Gillespie are NBA Champions for the Nuggets.Funnily enough, Milicic has actually won a championship
I just said it was funny not that he contributed to it lolYou mean Milicic stood nearby while Ben Wallace, Rip Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince, Rasheed Wallace, and Chauncey Billups won a championship. Joe Dumars belongs on the greatest Nuggets GM list.We almost ended up with Darko Milicic instead. If that happens there's no telling how many more consecutive losing seasons we end up with, and we never make the trade that brought us Jamal Murray.
If he hadn’t shot his mouth off saying the Nuggets gave Jokic #15 was a shot at him, I’d be open to a reconciliation, but now…I see both sides on the Melo thing.
I lean on the side where I'm thankful for Melo. Help revitalize the franchise in Denver, and the fact that he demanded for a trade meant us getting a haul for him instead of getting nothing in return.
